why so many blacks in the premiership

why these premiership clubs have blacks playing for them i dont know,some are good players but most are not good enough to play.just look at the world cup teams with blacks playing only ghana got through to the q final stage.spain germany uraquay holland not many blaks in the last four.portsmouth went down with more than half the team black,i could go on but maybe you get my point by now.the only way to get succsess at international leval is to have english players in the premship and by that i mean english not welsh or scotish or irish.if we cant find better players than heskey barry and even johnson to play for our international team its a poor showing.we have lost the plot having a manager thats not english,would we have a non british as primeminister........
