Does anyone know where to buy pidgeon spikes in Girne or someone who supplies and fits them.

Someone posted recently that they had a pigeon problem and resolved it by using 'super soakers'. The children were given responsibility and had great fun - no pigeons were hurt during the process (unfortunately!!)

Girne geeza is the area you want to spike very large. I do this for a living in the Uk and now live here my company is still going in the UK but I will be going over in the next few days and I can ship over a couple of boxes.

Just to clear up a common misconception - Marshalls is a brand of PAINT, sold by several, unconnected DIY shops, who all stock other brands and ranges as well...

Dermelik or something near that spelling is the name of the new yapı market on the coast road at Esentepe, they also have a shop in Karakum so I guess they probably sell the spikes there too... They too display the Marshalls brand name out by the road side but as Keith says it's not the name of the business really.

I must say that I am deeply offended by your attack on the pigeons. They lived here before you and have a right to perch on your rooftop. I cannot believe that you would want to be rid of these lovely birds!



You can buy a humane method to get rid of them, but only on 'higher perches'!!

Hi Lapta Geeza, lovely birds, beauty must be in the eye of the beholder, but from whatever angle I look at the poo on my terrace I cannot see any thing lovely. Am I missing something!!
