Been back today for Paraband Dog collars and the 2 girls are still there!!!

Come on someone go take a look-they are adorable.

Yesterday 4 tiny, tiny ones were found on the Bellapais road and are being hand reared by him........... so they will also need homes.

Why are these people so cruel?? they were just dumped at the side of the road and only around 4 weeks old!!

I think that culture or not they are living, breathing feeling beings........... the attitude would change if for some reason they became very valuable in money terms.

Ancient Egypt had the right idea

There is one less dog on the street. We were sitting by the pool having a bit of a do when a dog strolled into the middle of us and made herself at home. We put her out at night and she slept on the patio chair. We have now given her a home and taken her to the vets to get the tag removed. I contacted KAR and they told me that she had been found in the beginning of June with 10 pups in a garden of a house in Lapta, where the people were moving out. She and her pups were taken in by KAR and kept so he could care for her pups. Once the pups were weaned she was spayed, wormed, front-lined etc and then returned to the street (KAR rehome the pups). She has a lovely nature and is very good. In 4 days she answers to her name Sali, and responds to commands such as come, sit, down. She is doing well on a leader and is a pleasure to have. She has been checked by the Vet and had her tag removed. She gets on well with our other dog - we could not have wished for a nicer pet.

Welshie,

They're at Pertev's 'HosPETal' - it's down the first street on the opposite side of the road to HSBC.

But these are Females, you said that you wanted two Males, didn't you?

What's wrong with those ones from VRs-Dude that you thought were "GORGEOUS!" -
