i contracted for this Dec2006 and it has been spun out to mas 2007 stating problem with the road and Nesa would change this to Discovery bay and we would gan this better location at no additional cost .Bearing in mind should have been ready Aug 2008. I have only had outline details of contract on email.

unwine have not been helpful sayoing washed their hands on this but would not give me details of of other purchasers to discuss it with.

can anyone help

I think Coolkid means Sweetwater View not bay.



Different development which buyers who had purchased on Discovery Bay were then relocated on to Sweetwater View.

Unwins were not helpfull to us either, fell out with our builder over money, and left us high and dry.
