The outside pipe is probably blocked try blowing up it hard.

If it's that bad the filtre will almost certainly need cleaning, too.



Your best bet is to call Vaughan Williams.

Try Perova Garden Centre in Alsancak as they carry out servicing of a.c. units and do re-gassing. Appointments can also be made through Green Garden....ask for Ayten.

I happened to us and it was only that the filters needed taking out and cleaning.

It may be low on gas causing ice to form on coils, which then drip inside the house.

Drains block with dust which turn into "mud". The mud dries out in winter and blocks the drain. In summer the condensate can't get by the plug of mud. Blowing hard up the condensate drain will free the bockage but probably only temporarily.
