When the thirteen articles were removed from the constitution in 63 a new constitution should have been set up, by international law the Roc is an illegal state also.

When Greek Cypriots actually manage to get civilised, perhaps we can discuss this matter but in the mean time we must prepare for the 20th of July celebrations.
