There are loads at the Green Garden Centre in Karaolangoglu (im not sure of spelling) opposite the The Ship and next door to Burhans.

Plenty of poor, little birds that need rescuing from cramped cages for sale at the Wednesday Market.

Buying any animal/pet from them is no different then buying stolen goods/things from someone as it'd encourage them to carry on.
