Watching the antics of footballers who appear to be felled by an axe every time an opposing player breathed on them... It came as quite shock to see real hard endeavour as played out during the Tour De France.. One Cadel Evans continued to cycle without the aid of a plaster-cast even though X-rays confirmed that he has a fractured elbow! Many took a tumble during stage 10 and got horrible 'road-rash' only to re-mount and continue the race... These cyclists are seriously tough...

Will watch it if and when the sport is free of drugs. Call me a cynic but they could be ingesting pain killers amongst other performance enhancing substances. Come to think of it, I only have to take one glance at the physiques of professional athletes to confirm that I do not wish to watch that sport either.

A lot of those so called athletes could be run over by a bus and not notice it.
