Loulou.

you say all your levels are correct.

what area are you in?

maybe i can call round and do a test.

its possible that your copper level has dropped to below 0.4 ,ir should be between 04 to 0.7 ppm.

Hi loulou.

walls even if useing chlorine should be brushed at least once a month,my pool cleaners brush the walls 2 times a month they just told me,i expect them to brush 1 time per month at least.

you can oxodise 2 ways.

1st way is with my potasium monosulphate, regenerator.this is used when you wish to have a 100% no chlorine pool,as that is the idea of zerochlor.

2nd way is with chlorine,as some of the pool cleaners who use zerochlor do oxodise with chlorine, how much would you use.well before you used zerochlor, remember how much chlorine you used then, now you would use 10% of that amount weekly or when you think the pool needs a little extra sparkle

so if you used 2kg of chlorine weekly before zerochlor, now use around 200grm to oxodise, this low amount wont show up.

chlorine does 2 things to your water,it bleaches it and oxodises it.

zerochlor on its own does now oxodise or bleach the water, but does keep it clean,u need to oxodise.

do you have test strips lou lou?

normally potasium monosulphate is used 20grm per 1000 litres. on a 10 x 5 with around 120 tons of water you could use half a kilo per week.or 2 kg per month, better to use it weekly to be honest.

Ah i remember you now, yes, you came in for test strips last week.
