Just got back from holiday and can't find my original thread.

Has anyone had dealing with the above company?

I'm sure they built some properties in Catalkoy and the owners of the company are Stephen and Robert Cooper.

Thanks

Hi Mr ted.

I visited northern Cyprus several years ago, and I found the original advertisement by Cyprus Bay properties, they were the estate agent for RSH at that time, but I think they have finished trading in Cyprus and moved back to England.

I decided not to buy at that time due to the problems with much of the property purchase through out Northern Cyprus, however I still visit each year and rent a property for a couple of weeks. I was last over in June and I was told that the Turkish Cypriot director of RSH is Ahmet Esenyel who now managers a restaurant near Girne. I am sure others will throw further light on this subject now, if I do find out any further I will let you know.

I have read this forum for a long time, but I have never needed to add my bit until I saw your question. Hope this helps. andyb.

yes you are right.

Ahmet is the manager of Tango to Budda and I have since found out that he and RSH are being sued for breach of contract.

You had a lucky escape.

Mr Ted.

It appears that I did have a lucky escape, but more importantly is the warning to others contenplating buying off RSH and their director. Guess I will keep on renting.

They have a very bad reputation.
