With so many unfinished properties and houses that the builder refuses to hand over title deeds on, the Government must be losing thousands if not millions of pounds in revenue. Why are the government not interested in collecting these taxes, when other countries all over the world are desperately trying to collect as much revenue as possible to keep afloat?

Bradus,

I am good for £11K. My advocate has the cash. All I need is a declaration that "registration" outranks a subsequently

lodged "memorandum", as we were promised under the Estate Agents Law, and a little sense over all these "injunctions"

which are being scattered around like confetti. to stop the builder transferring any properties.

What a legal system!

With the total collapse of new property sales in The TRNC, has anyone thought where all those advocates in Kyrenia, will find

the work to pay their wages?

Refuse PTP to British buyers on Pre 74 Turkish title land? Bring out a totally inadequate law to protect Property buyers?

"memorandums" which allow buyers investments to be taken to pay builders debts? Scatter Injunctions like confetti?

THAT SOUNDS LIKE A GROWTH INDUSTRY TO ME, when new sales are down.

Just my thoughts, thats all,

wynyardman
