Urgent info on needed on Builders Electric North Cyprus

Hi guys..I am a newbee so be gentle with me! Can anybody advise me of the average cost of running a 3 bed villa with a pool on builders electric per month...we are looking to rent for 12 months.

Cannot answer the specific question but builders electric costs 3 times normal electric rate. I know we have been on it for 4 years!!!!

My guess about 3.50ytl month without aircons cant say for sure as we do not have builders electric..but thats my guess hope it helps.We rented a small place once and it was 450 with aircon in one room.! that was on the month of Aug bill though...With builders electric.

My last bill when on builders electric was 648TL .. I received 3TL change after passing over £300 ..

Dont even think of renting a villa on Builders Electric, thats sound advice.

Ann Msg 1 - it is not just the pool but what else you use - i.e. if you are solo or a family of 5/6 it will make a huge difference.

Unfortunately Spider is right but we pay that for a 2 bed villa with a pool. We don't use the air con, are very careful with our electricity usage in general and we are paying over 300TL per month on average.
