Liz has emailed Kay off board thanking her - but because I used the forum to voice a complaint I feel i should now rectify that.

Without any fuss Kay at No 14 sorted out our over payment and we went for a meal last night with friends and everything was perfect - i had the pork tenderloin and it was the tastiest I have had in a long time. So we would just like to say a big thank you to Kay and all at No 14 and we will return.
