We have a 4 bedroom villa for sale on the Catalkoy/Ozankoy border. It is in a quiet location set on the edge of an olive grove.

On the ground floor the living area is a spacious open plan design, a large lounge, dining area and kitchen. There is also a utility room with plenty of storage and a washing machine. Also on the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

On the first floor there are 2 further double bedrooms and another bathroom. Each has a balcony looking out to the mountains. There is also a sizeable roof terrace.

Outside there is a 10 metre pool and a large covered pergola. The garden is mature and has been planted to give maximum privacy and easy maintenance. It also has an irrigation system.

Our asking price is only £165,000 (if no agents involved). The villa is fully furnished for holiday lets. The white goods,furniture, bedding, kitchen equipment etc. would be included. We have the Kocan and all taxes are paid.

Hello Myra,

Thanks for your enquiry. The villa is 200m2 and sits on approx. 1000sq.m. 2 sides of the plot border on to the olive grove and it is set back sufficiently far enough from the coast road to be away from the traffic noise, but the approach to the villa is tarmac and the pavements all done. It is in a very peaceful location and the views from the bedroom balconies are spectacular. It was originally built as a 5 bed room villa, but we decided the 5th bedroom would be more useful as a utility/storage room, with floor to ceiling cupboards and plenty of space for the sunbeds. It is Esdeger but we have the Kocan and all taxes are paid
