Was posted on here that interest rates were going up by half a percent.....anyone heard anything about this ?

I am with Limasol Bank and mine has gone from 8.5% to 9.5%. Hopefully the interest rates will continue to rise.

Do you mean in the UK or the TRNC. If it is in the TRNC, this is good news for savers isn't it? If in the UK bad news for people with mortgages.
