BANNED MEMBERS? Just rejoin, some Mods are too limited in their views

Elko whilst I totally respect you having personally met you at Guidos, I do feel that you have been drawn into supporting other FA's who are very much against certain members. Yes members abusing others should get banned or warned, but to permanently ban someome for such stupid period of 4000 days just reflects that a Moderator is unable to do their job properly. Someone who you feel totally abuses others etc should be dealt with by limited ban, but the FA should be contacting the person concerned and to discussing reasons behind their attitude. Sometimes people get the wrong end of a subject and 'go off on one'. Reasonable discussion with others should be able to sort out most problems. I know of banned members who have rejoined as new members on numerous occasions yet they have not been spotted and continue to post in more sensible ways.

The matter has been discussed fully by all FAs but it will be wrong and also unfair on members concerned if we discuss everything in the open. As for some members rejoining under different names but this time staying within forum rules (except the one about double membership), it may be tolerated to some extend but it does not mean that they are not spotted. Enough said on that. This subject is nor really up for discussion.
