Does anyone know if Xbox Live works in Cyprus and if the broadband speeds are good enough ?

Yes, you should have no problems.



I have 4 mbit ADSL and the ping to servers in turkey are under 100 ms.

I have been looking on the microsoft website and they have no mention that Xbox live is available in Turkey and they say Live subscriptions are only usable in the country of purchase!



If I start a subscription in the UK will I still be able to connect in Cyprus?

I have xbox 360 but play very little so i don't use xbox live in north cyprus, so I can't really answer.



But, when you think of it technically, there should be no limitation of where you use your xbox subscription. I don't think they check your IP address to figure out from which country you are connected from.
