RE msg 1, puppylover: If I'm not mistaken "SAN-KOM Ticaret LTD", Karaolanoğlu Cd. 181/B in Karaoğlanoğlu (on your right hand coming from Lapta, not far away from and past the Post Office) is an official Bosch dealer. puppylover,have just helped my neighbour with the same problem you have to write the Bosch Fridge/freezer ID Nr down before you set off to the dealer ,

I bought for his Bosch Fridge/freezer seals from here in germany they both (1 for the freezer door the other for the fridge Door ) cost 23,- pounds.
