What exactly do you want to programme and are you in North Cyprus?

The logo is looking after a recycling sewage system.



We dont need a programmer ( programme already written) but we need someone able to replace the computer, install programs etc

Well. I understand you have someone already lined up who is a retired IBM. He I'm sure will have the necessary kit to install an operating system and software for you. I think that's what you mean isn't it? If its not recycling sewage systems could be revolutionary here.
