| When i moved to TRNC i brought my Grandmothers Ashes with me with all the revelant paperwork. I am soon to return to the UK permantly and need to take the ashes back with me. Does anyone know the correct procedures for taking them back to the UK and am i covered with the original paperwork that i had when i brought them over? |

| Put them in your suitcase .. Don't think she will require aa airline ticket .. |

| This question has come up before. There is no problem whatsoever in bringing ashes either in your checked in luggage or cabin baggage. Just let the check in agent, or security search staff know about the contents. I checked this out with the Security Manager of Dublin Airport and she assures me that people carry ashes every day.
