| paul, could not get any of this to load but perhaps there cannot be a "legal" declaration but it is possible to have an "illegal" declaration of independence, like the usa in 1776 but perhaps only from britain's viewpoint! ...while the continental powers helped to free the colonies from british control everyone has an axe to grind: suspect self-servers who babble about natural justice even with north cyprus where repetative gc propaganda assures us everything is "illegal", british courts do recognise trnc marriages and unofficial extraditions crop up occasionaly earlier someone fretted about trnc kochans in the event of what he called a "solution" everything has a value and outside north cyprus "legal" or not local properties have value some of the argy-bargy about "legalism" is part of a spoiling campaign mounted to "put people off" buying and investing in the north: coming from sources who deep down care no more about legality or un resolutions than you or I |
