HAVE JUST MADE INQUIRIES ABOUT BUYING IN CEASARS, WOULD APPRECIATE ANY HELP AVAILABLE........(IE:SOLICITORS.....PICS.......ADVICE ON PEOPLE TO CONTACT.

Welcome to the forum. Please, please, please do your homework before buying in the TRNC. There is no rush, plenty of properties available. Look at the various threads on this forum. Search under Ceasars etc. in the Google search box at the top of the page.

David if you are considering buying an apartment , look beyond the build , look at the maintainence promise when apartment is finished , get the maintenence charge written in the contract that will hold charges for 12 months , remember that owners own the complex and it is they who should participate in the running of the complex , insist on talking to the developers on how they will leave the site when the build is finished , a lot of developers are handing over complexes that sites are still like building sites and owners are expected to live with this for an unknown timescale , you could live in this dust bowl for months , electricity connections are a major concern , some owners are being asked for thousands of pounds , look around at finished builds as at least you know what you finally get . Take you're time and remeber it os a buyers market , and finally it is a great place to live .
