Thanks jimmy, but it seems the only way to contact them is by email and the email form doesn't work! Does anyone have a telephone number?

Am I right in thinking that this is actually a business operation? - i.e. you pay them for their services?

The owner, or his son. at the Grapevine in Girne is also the local representative for the main offices in Lefkosa. After initial instructions the main man arranges RVs at the Grapevine if that is more convenient. The one case that I have knowledge of involved a notional initial fee which was more than recovered when the problem was sorted, quickly, to the benefit of the claimant avoiding the grief and costs of Court Process. Initially I thought that they had no grasp of the intricate nature of the problem but once fully in the picture were like a dog with a bone. I have heard other favourable comments from satisfied customers.

I tried the email link in both english and turkish and after you fill everything in it says 'all fields not filled' and it will not allow you to send, I tried it 2 or 3 times on both forms to no avail. I've just spoken to them and will try another form on the site, thanks everyone.
