Er, The 'rump RoC' are entitled to overfly TR .. TR have signed a document allowing ALL EU member states to overfly, and for ships reg'd to EU member states to use their waters..

It is TR that are breaking a deal - and I suspect this is a stunt by the 'rump' RoC to 'prove' TR isn't abiding to it's EU accession pledges.

Naturally, TR say 'we do not recognise the RoC' - but they signed the treaty .....

FR D NL A are 'loving' the excuse to keep 'chapters' on TR's accession closed - until TR complies...

TR is trying to get a deal to allow direct flights to 'TRNC' as a quid pro quo
