ic isleri bakanligi (home office).To get there,pass the general hospital,through the set of lights,turn left at next set of lights by dodge,chereeke dealer,you'll find the minister buildings on your left,bear right at the end,it is the building in front of you.Upstairs,first floor.Sorry I cant tell you where exactly the room is as I get lost every time I go there.
