Having been thinking about starting a topic Paul as i will be offering the Reiki treatments as a 1 to 1 therapy without the holiday aswell locally in cyprus , your advice would be muchly appreciated... i do not want to limit the benefits it can offer to people just out on holiday and staying in one of our properties . As the benefits are to many to limit from a healing perspective. .. have also done training in healing through helping changing old thought patterns with affirmations etc and thinking of putting this in as a topic was going to offer this as a complementary thing to reach as many people that needed it as possible . i am new to this forum so your thoughts and reccomendations would be great and again thank you xx

Hi Simbas of course you can are you living in TRNC at mo?? you sound like you really mean it . First things first . We need to do the first stage over a week . Need you to stop for a minute especially the minute you took to write that reply and catch your thoughts. what were you thinking about ? write it down . This week i need you to listen to the words you say and think and if you find you have repeated the same words or thought the same thought more than three times write it down . We will look at it all at the end of the week and take it from there. How does that sound? xxx
