Can anyone help me to locate a good hearing aid clinic in Northern Cyprus.

I need repairs doing to my aids and to get them set up again.

I know of only one in Lefkosa. Can't recall the name of the shop but it's unmistakably an hearing centre. If you walk up the main road towards the old market area from the Kyrenia Gate the shop its located in one of the roads that feeds into the area of the old market. Sorry I can't be more precise as I'm in UK at the moment and I don't have any maps with me. However, I'm sure you will find it - its quite a large shop and the last time I went in they were very helpful and spoke good English.

Mr Said ... his number is 0392 227 1992. There was a thread on here a couple of years ago but I can't find it now. He is just up from the Kyrenia Gate in Lefkosa. Not tried him myself but he has had very good recommendations, and I will try him when I need him.

Message 6 - The shop does sell hearing aid batteries of the sort you describe. I've never been able to get supplies of batteries from anywhere else.

Mr Said will always put anything you want into a taxi, or collect from one. Wonderful chap as a person and as a hearing aid specialist. He is the only one in the north but has dealings with the south and is bang up to date. Have known him for some time and he has never failed.

Thank you for all the help, i will be giving him a try in the morning.

The hot weather and the sweat do not mix to well with hearing aids im afraid so i expect he has plenty of customers.
