Your local Belidiye will do this for nothing. or contact Frog the pest control people.

we had one on the outside of our house the local Belidiye came for free and sprayed the wall and whole the same day try them

I had a hornets nest in the stone cladding on my villa cleared by frog 2 weeks ago. I called at their offices about 11am they treated the nest at 7pm that evening ..cost 116tl....
