So hot last night I was considering sleeping in the refrigerator tonight but I am frightened of the dark and there is not room for the Wildebeest also. I'm like Dopey, who when he could not sleep with Snow White, used to get up Dozey !

deputydawg, You could always leave the door slightly ajar, so that the light stayed on, then you might wake up feeling Lucky

Thanks for the kind thought Keith. However, my pathetic existence, needs much consideration. Had the idea of stuffing the Wildebeest in the Freezer dept at the top (with of course the consideration of a duvet to regulate the shakes and shivers) then use the larger refrigerated dept for expansive, uninterrupted sleep. Unfortunately have to take into account two cats who normally guard the Wilderbeest in bed and demand, with wailing, regular shots from the air conditioning. If I leave the Fridge door ajar the two b........s (bless them) will be in like a shot demanding that I defrost some fish or prawns). Have a horrible feeling that my problem may only be solved by a secret booking (single) in a local hotel !

I tried to sleep, not a chance, don't want use the aircon, due to the fact we are on emergency elec. (expensive.) I can only describe outside as being like a fan oven. Everthing I walk by in the villa seems to radiating heat, even the wash basin feels hot to the touch. My god wish we could get this in winter. Cyprus seems to work back to front. IE as much free boiling hot water in summer as you want. Thinking of having the bidet jets connected to a drinks cooler. I was going to have a drink free day to day, but a cold John Smiths is looking likley, Oh just realised I can its a new day.
