Sorry ? Well, sort of...

And this is what Ross Brawn had to say :

"The punishment was pretty tough on Schumacher, and by virtue of his comments, Barrichello perhaps had an axe to grind.I don't think for a moment Michael was trying to put Rubens in the wall.He was trying to discourage him from coming down the inside as he thought that was where he would be vulnerable. So he moved across to the inside to try and encourage Rubens to go around the outside. At the end of the day he gave him enough space. You can argue it was marginal, but it was tough racing. F1 is a tough business and these things happen in a fraction of a second."

Asked whether the history between them had a bearing, Brawn added: "Certainly not from Michael's perspective.Michael didn't comment on that. I know Rubens has commented on the history between them, but Michael hasn't at all.It is obviously something that is paramount in Rubens' mind."

Clarissa behave !!.................. Shumacher has past his sell by date !! He should never have come back !! The younger fitter drivers are far superior to him ! It doesn't matter which car you drive ,it is down to desire !!! Schumacher has been there , bought the tee shirt etc .............he should retire gracefully .....

Privet Clarissa !

re msg 2

Firstly, I meant to put 'sorry' in inverted commas .. It hasn't exactly come across as sincere.. I mean it wasn't just Rubens that thought the move was dangerous..

I respect Ross Brawn, but he must have had his tongue firmly in his cheek when he said, ( re 'history' between Rubens and Michael ) " Certainly not from Michael's perspective.Michael didn't comment on that "

Hmm, and what did Michaels' comment " we know certain drivers have certain views, then there is Rubens" , mean ?

shui past his prime?

Not on your nellie lol

Just wait until he has a competitive car MSC will be up there, yes he take no prisoners & yes he's a cheat but this is what makes him a champion & the likes of DC not... You have to be ruthless to be at the top consistently in F1, if you watch British Touring cars

There is rubbing or trading paint happening every race, Fabrizio Giovinardi & Matt Neal or even Jaso Plato didn't get to the top without being hard did they?

I like this homerj chap. How come Schuey gets all this stick when other drivers have pulled some dirty moves? Nice boy Damon told Eddie Jordan That if Ralph Scuey tried to pass him there would be no Jordans at the finish.Senna to Irvine who unlapped himself,You be carefull,Like it or not Scuey is/was world champ 7 times. Our two champions Button And Hamilton always moaning about the car.

Dearest Rigsby

1/ DAMON should have been champ in 94 - so reduce it to 'six'.. As for Damon threatening to take out a Schumacher .... ;)

2/ Shuey had THE car in FOUR seasons - so we could make that 'two' championships..

3/ Lewis said the car felt faster than ever before around the Hungarian circuit .. it's just he wasn't driving a Red Bull/ Ferrari / Renault/ etc., !

Again- if Mansell could come back in 94, hop in and out-qualify everyone - incl 'God' ...

Oh please Mark,Do dig out some more facts.Mansell,Hill,Hamilton,Button always blame the car.Great drivers drive around a bad car ask Scuey,Did you listen to Jenson last weekend? And yes The Merc is a bad car this year,Ross Brawn should be ashamed.

Oh 'please' Rigsby ! ;)

I note you didn't revert re Mansell showing 'em how in '94 - hopping in an F1 car - coming from a TOTALLY different Indy Car ( engine, tyres brakes ) ... We keep hearing how 'God' is taking time to 'adjust' to the new tyres, engines, with less torque - ad-nausium

OK, the Merc isn't 'great' but Nico qualified 6th ( 'God' 14th)

Seriously, I won't dispute that Nige always had a problem that he had to drive around - but he was dramatic.. Lewis had an awful car last year and stuck with it- winning more points than anyone in the second half of the season.

With Jenson - you HAVE a point - but I feel he has taught Lewis how to drive sensibly - to play the percentage game better.

As for Damon - I remember his drive in the Arrows at Hungary..if that car had JUST held out one more lap - the race would have been a GP legend .. I think he did an incredible job - in 94 - after Senna died.. it is a TRADEGY 'God' cheated him and Williams from the title in Ade

( cont from 11) last line .. I was too busy counting the characters remaining ... A *tragedy* God' cheated him and Williams from the title in Adelaide.

Dear Rigsby,

The McLaren's were nearly 1.5 and 1.8 seconds a lap slower than the faster Red Bull in Qualie 2 ( 'God' was TWO seconds down)

It is hardly surprising that Button got lapped.... over-taking is impossible - look at the lap times for Webber before he got past 'AlFonso' and after he was clear .. !

Thank goodness for the safety car.. The Red Bulls might have lapped up to the Ferraris ..

Spa is smooth ( long circuit ) and with long straights - POWER will be important - ( not a Red Bull strength) - unless there is an off -I wouldn't expect a McLaren to be lapped
