The only place is Cassini opposite Lemar at Karakum, perfectly cooked, beautifully presented and Fetiyah and her family are the loveliest people

Hi dougskud,

"in the Kyrenia area the best breakfast by a street is at Mollys."

We went into Molly's on Tuesday, ordered 2 x "Full Breakfast"

1 less fried bread, and offered extra mushrooms :-(

When it came, no extra mushrooms, and swimming in oil/fat.

Mushrooms were cremated/deep fried as was bacon/hash browns.

When we were finished, Molly took half eaten plate away without asking why food wasn't eaten.

We used to look forward to going to Molly's,

But it's now a no go place for us now.

They've got some smart arse attempting to cook now.

We did not complain at the time, as Mrs Navek does not like me to make a fuss,

But I would have knocked it back straight away.

Sorry Molly, but your food's crap :-(

Will not be back again.

Navek

Hi Navek re your post 16.

I was surprised to read of your experience based on the many occasions I have been there I have always been totally satisfied.

I'm sure you agree anyone can have an off day perhaps it would make sense to give them another try and when ordering explain to them your bad experience, I would be surprised if you did not come away totally satisfied.

Hi Grapevine re posting 22

I agree with you about Cafe Boss it is a fantastic place offering the best "real cup of coffee" in Northern Cyprus and a "continental type" breakfast which is just perfect in the hotter months of the year.

I'Ve also tried their takeaway dishes, which are really delicious.

Or you could try a nice Turkish breakfast at the Delta Cafe in the new harbour. Nice and fresh cucumber, tomato, cheese, salami, olives, a hot hard boiled egg, bread, butter, jam and honey with tea for 10TL.

I'd second Msg 22, Cafe Boss, freshly cooked, different and interesting menu, for those in this heat that cant be bothered to cook, freshly prepared meals at very reasonable prices, silly thing but a glass of cold water presented the minute you sit down, over side of town for me but I'd make the trip again.

Joes Jam bar at Altinkaya, needs no introduction, Elevated position(lovely breeze), Great food, great food, use of swimming pool and free WiFi.

Bloody Hell Guys,

Its no wonder that you guys are burning up in the heat, if you are downing 2/3000 calories at breakfast.

Never heard of chilled melon slices.
