i have a 2 bedroom penthouse apartment for sale on the new chelsey village development in arapkoy

stunning sea and mountain views, large balcony with awnings. fly screens fitted to all windows.

all white goods (dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, cooker hob and extractor fan)

a/c units in all rooms. fitted wardrobes in both bedrooms. single bed in small room, kingsize bed with matching side tables and dressing table in master bedroom.

corner suit in livingroom. blinds fitted in all rooms and curtains in the living room.

bathroom has walk in shower and all fittings from england.

move to the south has forced us to place the apartment on the market and it is an excellent investment only asking £50,000.

this is really good value for money.

the new apartments are selling for £10.000 more now. so with everything else that is included. it is a really good deal.

someone should be interested.

the managment/site charges will be £40 per month once finished. they are charging £20 per month at the moment as there is only 1 pool open. once finished there will be 3 pools, retaurant, shops and much more.

this is going to be a very good place for an investment property as the managment and developers are working with the owners to make sure the site is run with everyones interests in mind.

Hi Lynnw , this is how forward thinking developers/management companies need to be recomendations of good practice is esential especaily when you hear of some horror stories , are you asked to pay a contingincy fund ?

wait till you see how good it looks up there, the road is in from the main road all the way up and looks amazing. sad we had to sell but these things happen.
