In today's KIBRIS newspaper, it was written that British Foreign Ministry officials told Mrs Pauline Reed that their life is in danger and advised them to leave Cyprus. What should Mrs Reed do? There are some other people in similar situation. We have help those people. Otherwise, in time there will be a lot of movements from Cyprus.

As I've said before,I genuinely believe that the TRNC govt are covertly doing everything they can to encourage this movement.

Foreign buyers and ex-pats can not feel any sense of security in TRNC whilst this situation is allowed to continue.

Too little too late is what springs to my mind.

It is a great shame that few dodgy builders have ruined our lovely place, but as my dad used to say,"fly is small but big enough to make you sick".

Yorgozlu...msg 3

"It is a great shame that few dodgy builders have ruined our lovely place"

The problem in TRNC is NOT just a few dodgy builders Yorgo....dodgy builders abound all over the world.

It is the fact that the TRNC govt and judiciary actively support these dodgy builders by implementing corrupt and discriminatory laws that protect their interests rather than the interests of the innocent victims.

Word is spreading fast, and hopefully more and more people are becoming aware that buying property in the TRNC is far too risky.
