hi we are going to NS in sept for 2 weeks staying at long beach resort famagusta can you tell me is it best to bring travellers chqeques or euros

Travellers cheques will be fine, but why would you bring Euros? The currency here is the Turkish Lira.

Different matter if you intend going South.

There are lots of ATM's here and in the South, so just bring a cash card.

Don't bring Travellers Cheques unless you really must. They take ages to clear and cost lots to do so.



The Resort is cashless if you wish, all purchases can be setled at the end of the stay by credit or debit card. As HT says there are many ATM's to draw out currency and the exchange rate you get is better than the UK generally.
