Today folks, I am extremely happy.

Just received an email from my advocate to say that my purchase permit application has been granted, and we can now transfer deeds into our names.



I am going to get very very drunk tonight!

Got our PTP 15 months ago. Does not mean you are any further forwards.



I am still drunk from that celebration in the hope that we would have our place finished.



Will be drunk for another XXX months at this rate.

Thanks guys for all the good wishes.



Wyn, we exchanged contracts in May 2006, received our keys in May this year, all complete within the 2 year contractual agreement.

I suppose I am one of the luck ones.

It looks like things are moving along a bit, as there are a couple of other buyers from our development who have also received their PTP.

Fingers crossed for everyone.
