One of my customers is looking to a bungalow or an old house in Girne area. The house should have at least 3 bedrooms and a big sized garden. Also the deeds should be ready for exchange. His maximum budget is £150,000.

I have a 3 bed bungalow, the only thing is it not finished, you can have for a price of a pint.

it is in amaranto valley (gary rob) who is the builder and in prision for 5 years....

more chance of a lottery win.......

All the best in finding a bungalow, be shore is is not owned by the bank , the builders seem to remortgage

even if you live in it......

Perhaps if crytalagent had put in his request that the person wanting to buy is looking for a property that is going to be used as a kindergarden for children and does not want a property with a pool. this would save a lot of people offering their properties.

In the TRNC do you need to apply for planning permission for a change of use to a domestic dwelling to operate a business eg a kindergarten from it ?
