Hi we went to Aphrodite in July. the rear 2 apartment blocks were finished, the 2 in front of them were well underway, they say these 2 blocks should be ready November.
The quality of the build and finish is good, we have put a deposit on an apartment there and think its a good buy, but will take a year or 2 before the area improves.
The whole of the area is undeveloped and there didn't seem to be any hotels nearby.
We got a good deal staying at the hotel sympatti and Tim from North Cyprus international took us to meet the developer and to look at the site twice.
Enjoy the trip

Hi,
I have just been discussing Aphrodite with NCI, can I ask why you chose this development, is it because of the Pre74 title? how did you find Gazelyurt as an area? Anything particular stands out? is it child friendly do you know, are the beaches any better or worse than other parts of the island?
If you dont mind sharing your information, I would very much appreciate it.
regards
