Article in todays CT that Gary Robb has several hundred more properties to build. Hands up all those who think he will sell any??????



Seems he has a cunning plan to get his citezenship back. Apparently when he bought Amaranta and others he had citezenship. Because he no longer has it he cannot sign over Kocans. Don't ask, I do not know why!! So he has made it quite clear in this article that it will be the governments fault that Kocans are not transfered.



Simple answer, confiscate all his assets and pack him and dear old mother back to UK to jail where they belong. If he has as much in assets as some have estimated there will be no problem completing all his properties.

If he has the land to build all these hundreds of new houses (as reported) he should be forced to sell this to reimburse his existing victims before moving on to other unsuspecting potential purchasers. Does he really think that anyone who has done an ounce of research will touch "Gary Robb" or "AGA Developments" with a barge pole???

Sadly it's only those who are resident, or actively involved with the news in NC or who have been affected by him who know anything about the problems.



We bought in NC this year, after more years than I care to remember of buying and selling, and had never, despite thinking I had done all my 'Due Diligence' (and having been an Estate Agent many years ago) before proceeding, ever heard of Robb, his Mum, Aga, etc, etc. Thankfully we have had a straightforward transaction and are more than happy with our finished property.



I seriously doubt that more than a tiny %age of people on inspection trips or buying on their own will still hear about him.



Let's face it, no developer or agent in NC is going to say " Oh by the way,... we feel we should tell you about.,,,,,"

I cannot understand why anyone would moan at your postings. Yesterdays CT article is yet another example of why you MUST keep at it.



I am sorry to say, but IMHO you will not get a happy resolution to all of this unless the government here bite the bullet and deal appropriatley with the situation. Sad to say the last phrase "whilst Mr Soyer and his band of merry ministers watch and get richer" probably sums it all up

Sorry but people can not have done enough homework if they have failed to come across the AGA saga and Gary Robb. Can't say this enough research, research and research.
