Bit of a wimp when it comes to jabs. My B12 is extremely low and believe me its not a good thing. Ive taken tablets now for 5 months but still the level is in the lower bracket. Thinking to have B12 jabs from the chemist but dont want them to inject me, does anyone know where I can take the serum and who will do it gently at no cost? Does anyone know if the nurse still lives in Ozankoy round by the 1 way system near the wrought iron shop and mechanic?

liver, eggs and fish are very rich in B12 but I guess you might be vegan.

Nurse Chris, I would imagine, can give you some sound advice in this regard.

However, I think you may well have to have the jabs??

Good luck - I hate injections, too

Buy some Emla cream , Its a anaesthetic cream , we used to use it on kids when taking blood also nervous adults . Put a good thick dollop of it over the site that will be injected do not rub it in , cover with op-site leave for an hour . Take op-site off and wipe cream off . The site is then numbed

It works , Simbas

see if they can get a 29G/5-bevel needle, perhaps with an auto-injector. Supposed to be almost painless.

I did have my B12 jab at the chemist this week. As a nurse can you advise if I should have 2 a month as my reading has been 380 (whilst I was taking tabs for the last 5 months) so Im not sure how much it increases per jab).
