I bought one a couple of weeks ago from China Bazaar. One of the buttons says rolling, it just makes the outside fan at front turn very slowly.

Is there any point to it or is it just for decoration?

Hi Mike,

I cant answer your question, but am thinking of buying one of these units. Can you please give me your opinion on you purchase. Did you ask if there is any guarantee? I think that they are only 100 w and therefore should be reasonable cost to run.

i have one and the 'rolling' button makes the front rotate in the opposite direction to the inner fan and you can definately tell the difference.....also put ice in the top , an ice cream carton size brick of ice lasts about ten mins tho!!
