Got a bit of a problem with a washing machine, there doesnt seem to be enough pressure for the water to take the powder, therefore clothes are not being washed properly. There is plenty of pressure in in the kitchen tap... just pulling it out now, anyone have any ideas????

Thanks

We had the same problem last week.

If you take the pipe that feeds the water into the machine. There is a small mesh filter either end of the pipe.

They need descaling.

Once you have done this you will notice that the water pressure will improve.

If you need further assistance, give me a call on 0533 8377706 and I can guide you through the process.

why not just put the powder stright in the machine that also means you dont waste time having to clean out the soap dispenser

I had the same problem and gave up on the powder and just use liquid now, I got fed up with the tray getting clogged up and messy.

There are three trays: pre-wash, normal wash and softner, thus you have to use the trays if you use more than one at a time. If you take out the trays for cleaning, make sure you assemble the middle part for the softner correctly. It works on the principle of syphon action, thus the two tubes must be concentric i.e. one inside the other.
