Credit where it is due.





It is so easy to knock places companies when things go wrong , but Credit where it is due.

I had a call of support at sunny Cyprus to day to ask could I check my connections as they had detected a loss of signal on my connection.



I checked all ok hmmm swap the 2 black boxes over please ahhh yes We can see the problem, Is it ok to come out this morning and change the power supply for you ?



Yes sure, and true to their work about an hour and half later they turned up swapped power supply and left me with a spare ( just in case ).



All this on a Sunday when it is their day off and the office is closed.

Yeah..., Nigel. If I'd had 1/4 of the service you praise I'd still be with them and not with Nethouse Networks (although now I'm glad I am!)... I left SC*** when the SunnyCyprus boss was in Istanbul and someone at SC's office in Girne told me that after a power cut the generator in Kervanseray could not be started because... the boss was in Istanbul.



*** To be honest: The Internet Club (TIC) was even worse.
