Black coloured female dog, white chest found in Lapta

About 3 days ago stray dog turned up, about 12 months old, good condition, collar and tag. KAR say it is from Lapta they paid for it to be spayed April 2010, has tag on her ear 000522. Black with white chest, very friendly, is lost. Are you the owner, do you know of any one who has lost a dog like this ?

i think it comes from the part finished houses at bottum of lapta view (dont no name of developement sorry),it is always wondering about ..such a shame as lovely dog

tony if the dog still has a red tag, i dont think its owned by anybody, community dog x so sad
