| Not due to open for a couple a weeks yet,undergone a repaint and a good polish, garden extended, place is lookin nice and refreshed. Do'nt know about prices but would imagine they will be as good as any other local boozers, heard theres a top act coming to open it, Rybina think she's called, with a top DJ from the North East Hubba Bubba.

| Andrew, do you know for certain there was a 'trail of debts everywhere'....or are you going on hearsay...? A lot of places that close here, close because of personnel reasons...however the actual owners of said properties like to make up stories, so that there is no reason for a new owner to take up such a lease.

| lol!!! Much better Andrew...sorry i got on my high horse...it's just that too many times, these `sort of stories get circulated and the previous owners end up getting a really bad rep....ok, so sometimes it's true, but i'm willing to bet, it's more often untrue...
Again, sorry for getting pissy... (oops, am i allowed to say that?)
