Once a week Flush toilets, Air the house, water the garden, check electricity (Ha! Ha! if you have any)



Provide a local call out telephone number in emergency.



£75 pcm. Other services available at extra cost! Hope this helps,

It might be worth your while to have a closer look at your insurance policy.



One insurance company, at least, is insisting on claims being made within five days of any damage. That rather changes the rules re. inspection times?

No1 - Do you not have any friends who would be willing to do this for nothing? We do all the above for 2 houses for free because they're good friends.
