even my little puppy keeps begging me for ice cubes. Wonder if he likes ice cream ;-) Probably just wolf it down in one go so wouldn't get the benefit, at least with ice cubes he licks them like a lolly.

I live in West London and can say it ain't very warm here either. We have had to put our fire on at night for the last week and we are only in the middle of August. Yesterdays papers have said the summer is over for this year.

I live in Bromley too, well Beckenham and it's bloomin freezing, though getting better as the day goes on.....nothing like Cyprus though and I wish I was there getting all hot an bothered!

The sun is shining in Wales and it is nice and warm. Just came back from a drive up into the hills and it is gorgeous, bright, clear and only a light breeze. Makes a change.

Methinks I'm correct in not visiting NC in August. Weather here in the southern counties is beautiful, just right. Warm, no humidity, gentle breeze. You can't beat it when the weathers like this.

be jeaz at marias party today the themp was 50 as the mercury couldnt get any higher. Hector you are so right not to come august. We are melting fast. You have your shower and stand in front of the air con to get dressed. we all sit in and watch tele. Its unbeleivable.
