| re : chinese pancakes, my homemade ones always stick together when I steam them. Much easier to cook in a dry frying pan for a few seconds each side. Taste the same. |

| pancakes make the dough get 2 balls and a bit of lard press them together with the lard in the middle roll out until thin then peel apart allow to dry out a bit then stack an steam :D an i think ileli sell the sauce |

| also if your really cleaver you can roast breast of lamb until its really well cooked if you cannot get the duck most people dont notice once its all shredded |

| Ohhhh Andrew, you sound like a bit of a pancake conassaur, (oohps, spelling). Daffy flew the coop this morning, so sorry no pics., just as well really, he wasn't house/pool trained!!!!!, but he/she did give us a laugh whilst he was visiting. |
