re : chinese pancakes, my homemade ones always stick together when I steam them. Much easier to cook in a dry frying pan for a few seconds each side. Taste the same.

pancakes make the dough get 2 balls and a bit of lard press them together with the lard in the middle roll out until thin then peel apart allow to dry out a bit then stack an steam :D an i think ileli sell the sauce

also if your really cleaver you can roast breast of lamb until its really well cooked if you cannot get the duck most people dont notice once its all shredded

Ohhhh Andrew, you sound like a bit of a pancake conassaur, (oohps, spelling).

Daffy flew the coop this morning, so sorry no pics., just as well really, he wasn't house/pool

trained!!!!!, but he/she did give us a laugh whilst he was visiting.
