| I did in East Grinstead about 20 years ago, wish I hadn't bothered, cant sell the title deed for toffee, if I had known that it would become the most unpopular place on the planet then I would have bought in Skegness instead! |

| Not many then ?, Mmmmmmmmmmmm In our contract we had It written that we would get transfer forms within 14 days of p t p OUR ptp came through Jan this year , we are still waiting . |

| This email came from my lawyers on the 9th July 08.
Please note that The Title deed of your villa has been transfered in your name. Your new Title deed number is S - 1xx0/2008 Within 3 months you will be able to obtain the actual deed certificate from the Land Registry.

That sounds like good news for you, may I ask how long ago you purchased and is your villa on a complex and who was the developer. I am trying to do some private research into which developers hand over title deeds when the purchasers ptp come through.

| Yes we are on a small complex 68 properties and the developer was Sercem. We bought in June 2005, ptp came through dec 2007 no thanks to lawyer who managed to give us wrong ptp number.
