When out on our summer hols we went looking for some flowers etc for the garden. We came across the newly opened "Wellies" opposite Starling supermarket in Catalkoy and were very impressed. A wide selection of plants etc just the job for the garden & at great prices.

Well worth a look.

I will be out in October and will be looking for a couple of apple trees. Does anybody know the best place to look for them?

The butlers wife,

October is to early in the year to plant trees - for best results you should be looking at Dec thru Feb and give them lots of manure and water. Good places to buy trees are at the Guzzeleut (spelling) government centre and across the mountains via Buffavento and turn left on the main road towards Ercan. Before you get past all the shops look for a guy with a Blue flat bed truck on the left hand side of the road. He sells all sorts of trees and plants at a really good price and we have never had anything from him that has not grown well.

Hi arrry

Yes Perova is till doing the 50% discount, and will be doing so until the 31st August!

Almost 2 weeks left...so come on folks...tell your friends, tell your family....tell everyone you can think of...this fabulous offer will be gone soon....

Don't forget that Perova is the largest garden centre and nursery in the whole of Cyprus...so we have much to offer and a whole range of genus's, not forgetting the same discount on all our pots too!

Also, we have recently implemented our coffee shop...so come and have a browse at our extensive choice of plants, then take a load off with a cool drink or coffee...whereby there is no noise from the traffic...all you hear is the sound of the cicada's and the birds....
