I think you can only play the euromillions if you are resident in one of the participant countries.

Why not have a go at the TRNC and Turkish ones? It is legal and we sell them at the Ozankoy Bookshop, we will also help you to check the results.

If you use a UK VPN and you are simply holidaying 'when' you win you wait 'til you get home to claim .. if you win big.. fly home quick ;)



If you are clearly non UK resident - not on the electoral register - you are on dodgy ground, unless you live in a Euro millions participating nation :(..

Hi - it took months of pondering by the government when we applied for the licence. The government and lottery people had to consult their lawyers about it. They have declared that it is legal for both residents (temporary, permanent and citizens) AND tourists to buy and to win. You do have to be here to claim it. Our licence declaring this was then ratified by the Council of Ministers.

I don't unerstand message 13, where are you based and which country is your licence with? You say residents etc, but residents in which country? and where do you have to be to claim it?
